Professional with 12 years of experience in the administrative, financial and technical translation areas in the public sector, NGOs and private sector. She has knowledge in management, budgeting, monitoring and administrative processes. Gissella holds a Multilingual Degree in International Business and Exchanges from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. She joined FFLA to support the CDKN project in 2016 and is currently supporting projects and technical assistance in administrative and financial processes, fundraising and proposal preparation.
