Engineer in Foreign Trade and International Business from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas-ESPE. He joined the FFLA team in 2015 as Senior Technician of the Program of Dialogue and Capacities for Climate Change, Water and Energy. Christian has 8 years of experience in management, institutional and project financial administrative control at international level with direct relationship of actors in private sector organizations and NGOs. He has developed projects of linking society in rural areas and studies of the effects of climate change for exporting sectors in Ecuador.
